Sonia in the paint department was absolutely amazing. As a first-time painter, I walked in with a lot of questions and honestly wasn’t sure what I needed — and Sonia was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. She immediately identified what I was trying to do, explained everything clearly, and helped me choose the right paint and supplies without making me feel overwhelmed. She didn’t just point me toward items — she made sure I left with everything I needed (and nothing I didn’t). Her expertise was truly on display, and she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. If you’re new to painting or want someone who genuinely knows their stuff, ask for Sonia. She’s the best!

Last September I purchased through Home Depot, Home Services, three storm doors and an interior door. The contracted company came and measured the doors. The order was placed and payment was made. That the positive stuff regarding this review. Since Payment was made it has been a disaster trying to get these doors installed by the contractor. The contractor blames the Home Depot and Home Depot blames the contractor. In theory this is a great program. You buy and a contractor installs no problem. The reality is once you pay upfront the Home Depot they stop caring about your project once you pay the contractor they no longer care about your project. Be very weary about using home services through the Home Depot.
