If I could, I would rate 20 stars on this review. Derrick and Liegha went over and beyond my expectation of help. We were looking and looking for what I needed, they wouldn't give up. We couldn't find what we were looking for. Then Derrick said he had an idea for a substitute. He went to work putting it together for me. I was so impressed with the never give up attitude and idea's. Liegha and Derrick were a great team. When I made it home. It was a great outcome. Everything worked as it should!! In this case, Teamwork made the dream work and now my momma is happy. Thank you again to these employees at the White Lake Home Depot😉👌

Been shopping here for years. Everyone is always friendly. Shelves are stocked and it's easy to find stuff. The rep from Milwaukee, Michael is great. If youre looking for the best deals on Milwaukee come see him. He will take the time and get you some quality tools for a very reasonable price, compared to what you will find online and at other retailers!

I went into Home Depot having no clue how to set up a laundry pump and left with a ton of knowledge. Now i know exactly what to do. Chris helped me get all the pieces i needed to connect pvc to copper and how to connect all the pieces to the pump. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and also kept my little boy entertained. Chris is so kind and he helped me out so much.

November 2025 I went to the Home Depot in White Lake, MI. I went specifically to do a cursory review for 2 items. A leaf blower which I'm considering buying online and a 10" length of uni-strut I wanted to buy for mounting an overhead hoist in my garage. I wanted view, touch and measure these items to see if they met my needs. Long story short, I talked to 3 HD reps in short order and no one knew where the walk behind leaf blowers were located and my subsequent request for the location of the uni-strut drew 3 of the blankest stares I ever seen. I eventually located the items on my own and answered my own questions. Now, I'm a longtime customer of HD and really do like shopping there as opposed to that other Blue & White big box store. But, I've always had mixed results when asking HD

My husband and I have been very good customers of home depot for over 30 years. On July 22nd we ordered a GE profile washer dryer combo with heat pump. Was delivered damaged and sent back. They sent a replacement about two weeks later, dryer did not work, sent back again. Reordered a GE washer and dryer with 16 inch pedestals. Delivery men said they had to hurry they had 13 more deliverys . They carried them in put pedestals on but lost a screw, one of the men putting them together said "that's okay I have something else I'll use" what is something else? Afterwards he pushed them into place backing himself in, I asked how he would get out, "he said I'm not as skinny as I used to be but I'll get through mom" he kept calling me mom the whole time they were here, I'm not your mom I said.
