Stopped by for a key service and love how they had a self service option. Very quick easy. Checkout was smooth and not a lot of wait time. good array of home improvement items also. Def a good discounts / deals if you shop online and pick up store. Online is cheaper than in store and a has a large collection.

I had probably one of the best and most surprising retail experiences in recent years here. I came in to pick up a Christmas tree that my wife ordered online. The associate greeted me and went to pick it from the back room. Upon bringing it out, a manager by the name of Rah noticed that the box was badly damaged. “I can’t let you take a damaged product like this,” she told me, and proceeded to take the time to find me an undamaged product. When they were out of that exact tree, she found me the closest model and offered a nice discount for the inconvenience. I shop at Target, Walmart, Wegmans, Lowe’s, and other Home Depot’s and have NEVER had a manager or any other employee go out of their way like this without me asking. Dado in the garden center was kind, energetic, and helpful. He started conversation with me about what seeds to start and how to do it, and was encouraging about it all. There was a wide collection of seeds and garden tools and he helped me to figure out which ones were best. Please pass on to Dado that I think he is doing a great job.

I am writing to highlight Vince in the Lumber Department at Home Depot in Willow Grove. His kindness and expertise were so appreciated! I have been in search of a ladder I can easily carry, move and adjust and it has been a challenge. Vince provided options and shared details I had not considered. More importantly, he patiently showed me how it/they worked (extensions) and he gave me pros and cons to consider that will bring safety and certainty to my plans and project. Flat out this store racially profile African American people! I had the worse experience tonight here with my fiance & by reading the reviews I'm not alone. I was over by the register picking giftcards for may be 15 minutes & this lady whom I didn't know name prior to the incident, but now I know is Flo... racially profiled me!!! I didn't see her help not one person scan their items of course they were all white, but the minute I walked up to scan still waiting for my fiance she grabs the scanner. I said I can do it, she said oh no it's our job to do... I said we'll why didn't you scan those countless people before me or the others currently next to me.
