The Home Depot

We came to this Home Depot for the "Home Depot Kids Workshop" that they have every first Saturday of every month. We snoozed and missed the event. However, between Mark in Customer Service and Walt in Lumber, they were able to help me secure a kids craft kit. I appreciate the time they took to help me. It's the small gestures and extra steps these guys take that reinforces the teamwork needed to keep customers happy and returning. Thanks guys!

so far , extremely disappointed. i placed an online order for a grill as a christmas present for my husband. on saturday, the lady from home depot called and asked if i wanted the grill assembled for the delivery & i told her no. she confirmed that i didn’t want it assembled. i wanted it in a box so i could wrap it and put it in front of the tree. it was delivered today , assembled. not only was it delivered assembled , it was assembled incorrectly and i cannot open the lid. i called and spoke with a man there , he was very kind and tried to come up with resolutions , unfortunately none of them would work for me. i now have to call back and speak with someone else in a couple days. sadly , the surprise will be ruined because my husband will come home and see the grill and his christmas pre

I enjoy this Home Depot. They have a wide selection of many items such as plants in the garden center and flooring/turf by the foot. I wish they had more professional painting tools like the Purdy brand. The 18" roller pole and roller offered here are so cheaply made. A lot of their prices are also higher than I find elsewhere, and the staff is usually less friendly than at other big box home stores.

Unhelpful, incompetent, zero customer service. That’s what you’ll get if you visit this Home Depot. Wanted a floor model washer and dryer that was on sale and advertised as clearance. Waited in appliances for 15 mins for someone to help me. Had to ask another employee (which are extremely scarce) to help me get assistance in appliances. She called and a girl showed up to help. Well, so I thought. She barely knew anything about the model, knew nothing about the clearance deal or procedure on it. I asked about delivery options and got a flat out No. I asked if I could come back with a truck and she told me I had to pick it up now if I wanted it.
