The Home Depot

I purchased all new windows for my new home with this store and just purchased a new door with Sherrie. I have to tell you this woman was the most helpful, polite, and professional person I’ve dealt with in a long time. She called me back when she said she would and because of that my loyalty will stay with this store. I find the competition for this store (Lowe’s) is awful, overpriced, and relies on a reputation they built years ago but it quickly declining over time. I will stick with Home Depot because time after time I find their prices to be more reasonable and their staff to be more helpful and friendly, with Sherrie taking the lead. I haven’t been treated with such personalized customer service care in years! Let me tell you it felt nice bc at other stores your just a work order # a

I went this afternoon and had a wonderful shopping experience. Dan and Darrell helped me with the items that I needed that were locked up and they were so nice. The customer service was 5 stars and greatly appreciated!

Today I called Stephen while I was looking for material at Lowes. Lowes provided me with little or no customer service. Stephen took care of me as if I was his ONLY CUSTOMER. As a result, I immediately left Lowes and headed to Home Depot. He took care of my material needs within minutes. Stephen EXEMPLIFIES CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS ABSOLUTE BEST!!! HE IS THE KIND OF EMPLOYEE YOU WANT TO KEEP! Iam now a customer of Home Depot. Home Depot-Unuversity Dr-Winston Salem

Place was clean and person at registers was nice but the only 2 items I rung up were more then they were posted on their racks. I don't like scummy retail practices that prey on tricking their customers. I'll stick with Lowes.

Went to get straw after waiting 20 minutes for an associate to come help us at Lowe’s. The lady in the garden center “M” was very sweet and helpful!! She called another associate to help us load the straw and he showed up in seconds. His name is Warren! Just wanted to brag on these employees for being so kind and helpful:) “Pictures are just some I took while waiting for them to find a code for the truck that had the straw”
