The Home Depot

Although Lowe’s is closer to my home, I will continue shopping at Home Depot (Havendale, WH 33881) because of an outstanding employee named Claude. I’ve interacted with him a couple of times recently, including during the holidays, and both experiences were exceptional. The first time, he assisted my husband and me and was extremely helpful and friendly. The second visit, I was shopping alone for several items for a home renovation. My husband couldn’t be with me, and I didn’t know what many of the items were or where to find them. Claude went above and beyond he walked much of the store with me, helping me locate everything I needed and making the entire experience stress-free. Home Depot Winter Haven location. Sunday 4/13/2025 A weekend home project day required a trip to our local store to pick up a few items. Our cashier Wendy was very pleasant. We needed help with a panel of fencing at 1 end, and I decided to add more soil from the garden area. Wendy called for help to Jeremy, who was busy spotting for another associate so to save time, I walked to get my additional soil. As I was loading it, a young man, who turned out to be Jeremy, was finishing up and immediately came to help. We realized he was who would be getting our panel, and I grabbed a few more bags of soil and paid with cashier Christine (also very pleasant) Jeremy really stood out to us today. The store was super busy, and he was being pulled in every direction lol but never let it frustrate him

Wow, these employees at the Winter Haven store are AMAZING! Everywhere I went, an employee was asking, "Do I need help?" or "Can I help you find something?" or "Let me get that for you." Do you know how many other stores, like Lowe's, never help you or ask what you need? Coming to Winter Haven Home Depot was refreshing, and I will make this my home store.

Home Depot has great products and a wide selection. I almost always find what I’m looking for, and the customer service is better than Lowe’s. The stores are well organized and easy to shop in. Prices could be a little lower!, but overall it’s my first choice for home projects.

Frances is absolutely the best. She went over and above to ensure that my husband and I left the store location totally satisfied with our purchase and the service. There are people that are the face of a business. France’s is that person. Thankful
