If I had submitted this review a month ago, it would have been only 1 or 2 stars. I recently went to Home Depot to purchase blinds for my kitchen. 4 windows plus sliding glass doors. When we went in to place our order a few months ago, the woman that initially spoke with us did not at all understand the products or what the options were. We figured everything out ourselves. When we were ready to place our order, she was nowhere to be found and no one else would take our order because she is who initially spoke with us. We had to wait 30 minutes for her to return to her work center. We ordered the blinds and requested valances for all windows and the door. The woman placed our order and the blinds were delivered. They are beautiful and were very easy to install. But we realized she did not

I always have a great experience at the Home Depot in Dale City. The store is well-organized, fully stocked, and makes it easy to find exactly what I need, whether it’s tools, hardware, or home improvement materials. The staff here really stand out — they are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. From answering detailed product questions to walking me directly to the aisle I need, their customer service is consistently excellent. It’s refreshing to shop at a location where the team genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. This store has become my go-to for both quick fixes and bigger projects. Highly recommend the Dale City Home Depot for anyone who values quality products and exceptional service!

The staff at Home Depot are always so helpful and friendly. They really take the time to assist, which makes shopping easy. The store has a great selection, especially in the garden department, where I always find what I need. Everything is neatly organized and easy to find, which makes the whole experience stress-free. Definitely my go-to place for home and garden projects.

Yet again I am reminded why I started shopping at Lowe’s instead of Home Depot. Yesterday I happened to be near Home Depot and decided to go in and buy something real quick. Today I returned it and the chick at the return counter was super rude. I guess she told me to either slide or tap the card. I’m old and hard of hearing so I didn’t hear her, so I inserted the card like I usually do. She could have just told me again or been polite in some way, but she goes on to say “that’s why I said that” in a rude manner. You should really train your CUSTOMER SERVICE reps to treat customers with a bit of respect and courtesy. This is the second…and last….time your agents were rude to me. I’m done with Home Depot. Not making that mistake again.
