The Home Depot

I buy around 100 pallets of concrete every year . A vast majority is at home depot . This store is hands down the slowest most difficult store to do buisness 1st wait in line 20 mins to make a purchase 2nd when making the purchase this store and only this store will not do a pallet exchange . For those who are not familiar the concrete co. Wants there pallet back and charge $20 deposit if you want to just exchange like every other store does they won't you then have to wait in line at customer service to get a refund . In the meantime your still waiting an hour for them to load it. It's quicker to go 5 mi. Up the road to oxford or Shrewsbury or even better to lowes where they have you loaded in 10-15 mins.#Worcester home depot sucks

I ordered a microwave and never opened it. Later, I decided to install an extractor fan instead. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store, and I believe they should show more appreciation and hospitality toward their customers. To be clear, my complaint is not about Home Depot’s products, but about the customer service provided by their employees. Unfortunately, I experienced very poor customer service from both Fu-Sheng Shih, the manager, and Kimberly Walton, the supervisor.

Great store. Can find all the stuff needed to do your DIY stuff. A special thanks to Tajh extremely kind associate, and genuinely try’s to help with your questions and try to direct you to the best possible tools and technique — simply five stars for the service. .

Nicole in the Garden Center was the best. I called her about a delivery order that wentwrong. When I got there, she showed me to where the bird seed was. She helped other people on the way. She was amazing. This was the Home Improvement on Gold Star Blvd. Thanks for having a superb employee. Sue Campbell

I had to bring back some blinds to get cut down and also purchase more. Once I went to the correct aisle, James was there and offering any help he can. He then said once we were all set selecting which blinds he would also cut them down for us. Store was a little busy, but he was very patient with us. James was the best!
