The Home Depot

I started a project in Germantown, Philadelphia, and this Home Depot location has been the closest and most convenient for us. We’ve shopped here often, and out of all the Home Depot stores I’ve visited, this one stands out as the best for fix-and-flip projects. Mike and Bruce have been especially helpful with every transaction. I’ll definitely continue shopping at this location for all my projects in Philadelphia.

I come to this Home Depot quite a bit, but this was the best experience I’ve had so far. The minute I walked in the door somebody asked me if I needed help and directed me to the right aisle, which saved me a lot of time. While searching the aisle for the item, I was looking for, two separate employees asked me if I needed help. On the way out to the woman at the self checkout Register was also super helpful when I was trying to login to the Home Depot app. I hope somebody from the store reads this.

The Home Depot is well organized, as many stores **should** be. Items are easy to find without any hassle, and each shelf is clearly numbered, making things much more convenient. The signs are in large, bold fonts, and there are helpful employees available to address any questions, comments, or concerns. However, one note: at the entrance, the employees did not greet us and instead gave more of a blank stare. While it's great to see employees enjoying themselves, greeting customers at the door is very important.

This is my go to place for plumbing and home improvement supplies. Ken, in the plumbing department is very knowledgeable in the plumbing trade and when I have issues, I can count on him for his assistance.
