We are so glad we hired Rattigan and Sons for our project! They insulated our garage, built a beautiful and functional home office into the loft space, and fully renovated our master suite. Avoid Rattigan & Sons at all costs. Their incompetence is staggering. We hired them for bamboo flooring and stair construction, trusting their claimed expertise. Instead, they delivered shoddy workmanship that failed to meet basic safety codes. They installed the flooring chaotically, leaving gaps and damaging our walls. The stairs they rebuilt not only lacked proper measurement but were dangerously uneven. When we called them out on it, they gaslit us and were unresponsive to our concerns. After two botched attempts and a building inspector confirming their failures, they still refused to offer a refund. We are in the process of working with different contractors on doing several jobs in our house. While talking on the phone to set up an assessment, our toilet water supply line broke and started flooding. They immediately helped us find a plumber who came by within 30-40 minutes of the call (we just moved here from out of state so we do not know of any handymen). Not only that, we received a call the next day to make sure everything was okay. So though I cannot speak on the quality of the work (yet), I can speak on their customer service and care. From this experience alone, I feel if anything were to go awry in a project as they do they will take care of the problem and make sure we the customers are satisfied.

I had Sean and his crew do some tree work for me. They did a great job. I think they can do anything. I will definately use them in the future.
