My recent home inspection with Gary was a very positive experience. On short notice we were able to schedule him. The work is very thorough and well documented. His experience left me feeling confident that I was well informed about my investment.

Gary is top class! On time, professional, and thorough. He went above and beyond looking over our potential home - crawl space, up on the roof, you name it. The report he provided was all encompassing and easy to understand. During our inspection there were a few issues on the property that the seller needed to resolve. Once they were fixed, Gary was kind enough to come back a second time and ensure everything looked good. Solid guy who's good at what he does. I recommend him without hesitation.

First time home buyers and Gary was on the roof when I arrived which I was excited to see as I was told by others that inspectors usually don’t go on the roof. This foreshadowed the rest of the inspection which was a thorough one. He showed great attention to detail and I was comfortable asking questions because he didn’t get annoyed or bothered. He provided detailed responses when there was one. I felt like he went beyond because we were able to find an issue that otherwise we had not found if he didn’t perform an adequate inspection. This company has multiple inspectors and office staff. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional. The only issue I had setting up the inspection was when I tried to use the online scheduling form. A quick call to the office and I was scheduled and scheduling over the phone was much easier. Eric was our inspector. He was great at explaining everything. He took extra time to show us the Home Depot Project Color app and encouraged us to really get a feel for the home and what we wanted to do with it. Eric was kind, professional, and very personable.
