Steve did a few projects for me. He is excellent to work with and does great work. I had to get my relining fixed in the living room, garage and back porch. The sheet rock was cracking and flaking off. He was able to get that looking like new again. He installed a 240v plug in my garage for my EV and now I can fast charge my car right at home. He installed a new sink which updated the look of the kitchen and now my pots can fit in the sink to wash them. Finally, he fixed the dry wall around my shower after I had the tiles redone. Thank you Steve for all the work you did to make our lives easier and my home look better.

I used Steve for multiple home repairs after Hurricane Ian. Steve is very professional, knowledgeable and his work is very neat and high quality. I have hired handyman services in the past who were sloppy and took shortcuts, but that is not Steve. I watched Steve through all of the repairs and he is very thorough. Everything came out wonderful. After the repairs were done, I called him again to put together an outdoor portable basketball hoop my son got for Christmas. Even though that wasn't one of his usual projects, he came right out and put it together for a reasonable price. I definitely plan to use him again for any other handyman home needs, and will recommend him to others.

Steve was wonderful. He came to hang my tv and was prepared with all the tools that could be needed. I have very thin drywall and metal studs, however Steve was able to securely mount the tv on the wall!

I had Steve hang 3 cabinets in my laundry room area. Steve was professional, courteous, and thorough in his workmanship! Steve made sure I was happy upon completion. I would highly recommend The Home Technician for any of your handyman needs. Great job Steve!!
