I doubt very much this process could have been easier, more professional, or more efficient. A call to 811 didn't mark what I needed marked, so I just called Phillip. He was out, and everything was marked with chalk in less then 24 hours. Extremely inexpensive insurance against digging in the wrong place.

We use HPLS for all of our Private locating needs! They’ve helped us on so many projects over the years and the marks have always kept us from hitting any utilities. If a line is a challenge to locate we’ve always been given fair notice which helps us decide how close we want to go near the mark.
