My inspector was Brian. He was very friendly and professional. There was another gentleman with him and he too was friendly and professional. Brian was thorough and from his feedback, you can tell that he’s knowledgeable about his work. He checked every nook and cranny (visible) of that property and shared honest feedback if you had questions. I’ve witnessed other home inspections, but nothing compared to what I witnessed Brian and his colleague doing. It was excellent work. I also received my report in a few hours. The summary of the report also testifies to the thoroughness of the work that was done. I would definitely recommend the inspection boys and would do work with them again.
