The Jackson Glass

I am so impressed with this service. I was getting my car washed at Jackson car wash on Gilbert and Germain. Rob P noticed the crack in my windshield and helped me get the service set up with my insurance. He was so helpful and vey considerate.

This company is phenomenal in every way! Highly recommend!! They are consummate professionals who not only do the job right, but do it with skill, precision and a wonderful attitude. Jason helped us install two shower doors and we could not be more pleased. He has the experience, knows what he is doing and is willing to do whatever it takes to please his customers - we certainly are! If you need a glass company - this is the one to use. We will always call Jason at The Jackson Glass in the future!

Jason installed a shower door for us today. I must say I could not be happier. I got three quotes before going with Jackson Glass. Their quote was by far the best. Not only that but their door and frame are far superior to the other firms that submitted quotes. Jason‘s work is top quality, and you cannot find friendlier people from Colette in the office to Jason in the field. I highly recommend them.

We had an unfortunate event yesterday with 2 dogs, rocks, and a glass patio door. I contacted this company and spoke with Jason...Jason was beyond amazing! It was after hours and Jason was still friendly, communicated effectively, and did an amazing job on repairing our door even after his work day was complete. I recommend this company to everyone! Thanks for a great job!!!

Provided sum for project and timeline. Timeline was exceeded (ordered wrong windows) AND the job was never completed. We had a custom size sliding patio door that was never placed. Jason demanded remaining funds before he would place the door. When asked if the door was ordered, he stated "yes, it's at my house". Gave the funds and he/Jason never showed again, did not answer calls, nor respond to voicemails left. Dealt with Colleen by phone as well. Jason even stated the day he demanded money, "you can't sue me, I checked". What???....Seeing the reviews perhaps someone has the patio door meant for me! While it is nice to hear someone had a good experience, unfortunately when someone scams/cheats you out of what was contracted AND PAID for in full; -I would never recommend that experience f
