My experience from booking to the haul away was exceptional. Freddie was super nice to deal with on the phone. The guys, Jamar and Walter, were amazing. Very professional, extremely hardworking and cleaned as they worked. They were very personable and efficient. I highly recommend them.

We have used them several times and found them absolutely reliable. I appreciated their short-notice accommodations and prompt responses. What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was actually contacting the owner’s personal phone. I had searched my old messages from years ago to find the company we used. Later, when I shared my positive feedback and tried to mention a few minor issues we had encountered, I again had no idea I was texting the owner personally - I don’t even recall how I got that number. Before I added video evidence to illustrate the issue, I hadn’t even seen his first reply to my lengthy message listed the good experience and some minor issue. I cannot say enough good things about The Junk Guys. Jamar, Walker, and Dave were so polite, efficient, professional, and neat. We really questioned if everything would fit in the truck but Jamar did an awesome job. They are really honest guys. They remove the furniture from wherever it is in the house which was a huge weight lifted off my parents who are moving. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs junk removal.

The Junk Guys are fantastic! I called them to remove shed pieces and some old moldings from our new home, and the experience could not have been smoother. I underestimated how much needed to be removed, but Jamar and his partner handled it with complete professionalism. They were extremely polite, efficient, and took the time to explain the job before starting. They kept me informed along the way, which I really appreciated and their pricing was extremely fair. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any future junk removal needs. Highly recommend!
