The Junkluggers of El Paso

The 2 gentlemen who came to the house for our old couch were very nice and professional! They worked fast and made everything transparent and easy for me to understand. It was a super simple process and we will most likely use them again when we move. The most important parts of this to me were they were nice guys and it's a green disposal method. Thank you!

Customer service and quick response to pick up was good. However the online booking and quote is not accurate. $135 is minimum for only one item like a washing machine (they said on arrival), not for the quarter of the bin as the online quote said. Cost is high and doesn’t reflect description from online booking. I did not get all the trash I wanted removed because I was expecting it to get the 1/4 bin full for the price.

Very positive experience. Very fair price. The two men were professional, polite and very quick with loading. I was a little nervous about them showing up then getting a high estimate, but again, I thought the pricing was fair and I am extremely happy to have gotten rid of all the junk in my garage!!
