Here are the facts: 1. October 10, 2025 - I had ordered an electronic key for my wifes car. It usually takes 3-5 days. It took 10 days after I had inquired about the status. Apparently there is NO follow up on the progress of keys being ordered on behalf of the customer. After a small debate regarding customer service protocol with whom claimed to be an employee, I had asked for the owner to call me. After an hour, he called back stating he found the key. 2. 21 October 2025-Apparently, according to the employee the key was sent to "another" Keyless shop. I waited 1 hour to have the key programmed on site. When my key was given to me, when I pressed open door button-it would LOCK my car and when I would press the close door button then it would open.
