I bought a used car recently and the key fob was messed up. So I came here hoping to get a new one for my car. The person at the front said that the motherboard in fob worked still and that he would order the shell of my fob and swap them over. He told me he'd call me a let me know. Two weeks later I walk in again because I hadn't heard anything, and I asked if they had the part. The person at the front (different guy) pulled out their binder and said they never even wrote it down. So I ask if he can order it and he said and wrote it down. I stopped into the store this morning to see if I could get a key fob replacement for my Toyota truck, within just a few minutes I had a new programmed key fob at a very fair price (compared to other places that I checked out). Thank you for the great work and customer service.
