The last image is the reason I deducted the 3rd star. Your employees represent you as a business owner. If your “helpers” are not up to the job or not skilled, that reflects on you. I liked his work. His edge work is great and he even dug out the French drains the previous owner let grow over. Price is great for the work. When he got his schedule wrong the first time he was supposed to come, I should’ve stepped away then. The first week we planted a blackberry bush, it was taken down (image below). He paid us back for it, but continuously mowed over it all summer long. 3 different lawn ornaments were damaged over the summer (some images).
