I Thank Baby Jesus himself that I happen to find the most knowledgeable, personable, Easy-going professional with my new kitchen design with the help from Jake. From the first moment I walked into the doors Jake guided me step by step. He has gone out of his way to make sure that every detail, every color, every knob, the flooring, layout, happened the way I wanted it to happen. I feel very blessed to have found Jake to be our kitchen designer, and wouldn’t change a thing about the process. I went to every cabinet and flooring store possible, and not one person was able to assist me and give me the results I had in mind, until I met Jake. Plus, there they have better options than most places! Can’t go wrong !

Please take some time to visit the team at The Kitchen & Flooring Design Center. They offer the best selection of tile, cabinets, countertops, hardware, and services in the city. Shout out to Jake, specifically, for ensuring that my home remodel project went smoothly. A real pleasure. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Last fall (2022), I worked with one of their designer/salesmen to add kitchen cabinets. He came and measured, even took a cabinet door with him to match color. And then I never saw him again. He wouldn’t return phone calls, nothing. And no one seemed to know anything about my order but to wait. Last July, we finally went to there to pick up the door, found out that person was no longer there, they were under new management and had no idea about my cabinets. The new Designer/Manager, Debra, was such a gift that we decided to work with them one more time and she did not disappoint! She personally came out and measured! The cabinets are absolutely perfect! If you’ve had an issue with them in the past, please go back, you’ll be happy you did.

My entire home design was furnished by the The Kitchen & Flooring Design Center a few years back when I had my new home built by Ashley Homes in St Augustine, which I was extremely pleased. I decided to reach out to the Design Center this month to see if I could get the same backsplash I had in the kitchen so I could put in Laundry Room. Daynett Rodriguez was so friendly, kind and helpful. She searched her warehouses and was able to locate the same backsplash that I needed and get it shipped here in a most efficient manner. I can not say enough how great a Customer Service experience. I highly recommend "The Kitchen & Flooring Design Center for all your Kitchen, Flooring and interior Design needs. I’m currently In the market to buy a floor and backsplash for my kitchen. I decided to come here and check out what they have, when I arrived, no other customer was in the store. No one greeted us or asked what we were there for. There were 2 workers/ sales people there who just seemed to be uninterested in helping us and pretty much just stayed away from us. We decided to not do business here solely because of the customer service. I do not recommend.
