The Kitchen Shop

While they provided some great ideas for our kitchen, as soon as the last payment was made, we were unable to get anyone to return our calls or emails. We were missing several parts, and they also never told us that the glass front cabinets didn't actually come with glass. For $30,000 worth of cabinets, you would think they could coordinate getting glass and returning a phone call and emails. Then they actually called several months after completion, to see if they could photograph the kitchen for their own promotional pictures. I only gave 2 stars because the design work.

FRAUD!!! Stay away from Elise Marchese, The Kitchen Shop and any other business related to this women. Anyone who wrote a good review has to be her friend or herself. On her website it states that there's a "Lifetime Warranty" and gives costumers "personalized attention from beginning to finish"  both a complete lie. Almost a year later and I'm missing parts with a very defective and incomplete kitchen. Like others, after my one time full payment, I couldn't get an answer from her. A month later I get a vague email that my cabinets will be coming five months after she had promised. A day before delivery she casually mentioned that they will be coming without doors attached. Elise and her team guided me to the kitchen of my dreams as well as two new bathrooms. She helped find options at the right price that are both functional and beautiful. She spent so much time helping me through the process, sticking to my budget, and making sure I was happy.
