THERE IS SO MUCH TO SEE HERE! This place gets packed quickly but it would honestly be silly to go anywhere else. Coming into the showroom, it is intimidating how much is inside at first, BUT the staff is so nice! The staff is very patient and friendly while utilizing extensive knowledge of products, material, design, and any needs for hardware from mailboxes, bath accessories, cabinet knobs and handles with wood, leather, glass or brass, and door hardware, including digital ones that connect to your phone! If you're coming with an entire house project, I can guarantee you that you should make an appointment on a weekday because you would not believe how busy it gets. They have lots of beautiful pieces, practically jewelry, to add that perfect touch to your home!

I went to this store to buy a replacement cabinet hinge. They didn’t have what I needed but they went out of their way to find a local store that carried the item. They called the store and printed out the exact product I needed. If they were this helpful in finding a product from a local competitor, I can only imagine how helpful they would be if I was their customer. What a great store. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore.

Wow! What a place. I didn't know that there were so many cool options for door knobs and pulls. Very knowledgeable staff that helped me tremendously with 100 year old broken door hardware. If you want to keep your antique doors and knobs working, this is the place.

This place is a plethora of knobs and such anything you need or desire. You will probably find here. The staff is quite helpful especially Linda. We found a needle in the haystack and it was worth it. I suggest going here if you need hard to find knobs handles, kitchen stuff, etc..

With so much inventory, there is something to suit all preferences. Sandra is super patient and helpful. We are in the shopping and choosing process and she has been consistently friendly and knowledgable.
