The Lady Maids

They do such a beautiful job cleaning! I have the lady maids come every other week for over a year and have yet to have a single complaint. Pricing is very reasonable, and I’m always impressed by their level of thoroughness. I’m a bit of a clean freak and it’s so nice that I can trust them to do an even better job than I would do on my own. They’re also always reliable, never cancel, and communicate well advance what their timing is. Highly recommend!

The Lady Maids are excellent. They did an initial deep clean, and continue to do standard cleanings every two weeks. They are pleasant, professional, punctual and do a great job. Our house always looks beautiful when they are done. The owner is very responsive to questions and requests, and reaches out routinely to ensure we are happy with the service and that the scheduled times work for us. I am consistently impressed with the quality of this team and their work. I recommend them highly!

We used their service for past 2 years. First few services were good. Later every time a new set of girls use to come for cleaning. They use to talk on phone and wasted lot of time and wanted to work extra time. When asked about extra time they gave silly excuses. On top of that the owner said NOBODY should be in the house while they clean. Who the hell are you to decide on that???

Karine and her team are amazing. We use Lady Maids for bi-weekly cleaning. We have used larger chain brand cleaning services in the past, but in the end went back to doing it ourselves because of the quality. However, Lady Maids is exceptional and we could not be happier. Our home looks amazing when they are done and their attention to detail is incredible.

The Lady Maids are beyond amazing! We are airbnb super hosts for over 5 years and this past season (with all the recent increased sanitization needs) switched to working with Karine and Lady maids for our hosting needs. We cannot stress enough just how above and beyond they go to make our home perfect. As we return to hosting and welcoming guests we feel blessed that Karine and Lady Maids found us and cannot recommend them enough! <3
