I had a very disappointing experience with Lawn Guru. After payment was taken, the service was either poorly completed or not completed at all. Over the course of nearly a week, I was given repeated promises that the issue would be resolved “within a few hours,” but nothing ever materialized. I made multiple attempts to handle this privately and professionally. Instead of accountability or follow-up, communication eventually stopped altogether. This caused significant inconvenience, wasted time, and real financial impact that could have been avoided with basic professionalism. I paid for a monthly service for a property that I'm currently renovating. Yesterday I received a message from the provider that my payment went through and the grass is indeed cut. I drove by the property late last night, around midnight, and my grass had not been cut. Unfortunately the only customer service line you can reach is via text, but their sales department is fully operational and you're allow to speak to someone about making a purchase, but you're not allowed to talk to them about complaints. They'll just get to you when they can.

Very bad services.. came in twice, never completed the services and still charged me. One of their provider just canceled on me and still the company charged me. Customer services sucks, no real person to talk to and after I canceled my subscription they initiated a contact not even a minute later. I DON’T recommend.

Drove past my yard because he didn't feel like it that day but still charged me. When I called and asked what was going on they wouldn't do anything about it.
