4 days have passed and everything is worse, the elevators don't work but you get used to it… BUT having bottles with urine and rubbish on the stairs that we all use because the elevators don't work is a lot. Please, Mr. Manager, take action.

I put a $20 dollar bill in and they said they have no change and gave me a receipt saying change unavailable. I am still waiting for my $15 I press help and after the first person hangs up on me another person gives me an email address to email. I am still waiting for a response…

I’m very upset. We arrived at 10:08 there was a sign that said $20 event parking. So when we left we were charged an hourly rate and ended paying $32. Because their was so many cars leaving we prepaid before leaving thinking ok we can get out quicker. Not so, we had to pay an additional $4 to get out. No number to call or complain

This place is a joke. We parked for two hours and ended up paying 60 dollars cause it wouldn’t take our ticket and we had to put down we lost it. Oh and good luck finding a spot. It took us roughly 20 minutes just to find one cause they are all reserved. I highly recommend just using the public parking offered by the city. Oh and the best part is we are attempting to leave right now and it won’t read our ticket. Plus when you press the button to get help it just takes you to a voicemail. I love it.

Visiting for an event near by and drove inside all the way to the top only to drive back down and out because it was full. There was no signage to indicate it was full and still had to pay$5 just to exit the garage. No personnel to guide or instruct that it’s full or refund. Please do not park here during events because you will be charged just to drive.
