The Lock Fixer

I had a lock issue with my security doors. Joe came right over within 15 minutes. He immediately started to work at the security door locks, and he found that these security doors had a trick to lock properly that we were never taught about when we bought our new place. Once he confirmed everything was working properly, he showed us how to lock and unlock the doors. I'm so happy that we got this working properly, and to top it off, he didn't even charge me for his time to teach me how to work these security doors/locks. I highly recommend Joe, from "The Lock Fixer" as he definitely knows what he's doing, and his friendly fast service was greatly appreciated!

Edited/Updated (Bumped from 2 up to 4 stars) John reached out to me about my experience with a sincerely delivered apology and asked for the opportunity to make things right. I hadn’t had the time to get it addressed another way, and given the sincerity of the request, I took him up on it. He came out personally and made sure everything was taken care of according to the original quote. Given the original round, I can’t, in good conscience give 5 stars, but things are great in the end and am happy to bump it as close to that as I can. John was great! Very nice, arrived under twenty minutes, cut the lock and gave us his card. Price was reasonable as well.

Excellent service and professionalism. Prompt, patient with all my questions, and courteous. He also made his best effort to keep cost as low as reasonable.
