I had to have some drilling done to my front door to fit new door handle. The old entry door handle broke. The owner (Al) Inspected the parts that I took to the store and determined that replacement parts were not available, since old handle was no longer in production. We picked out a new entry door handle. He was very accommodating and took care of everything promptly within an hour. Everything works perfectly and I am perfectly satisfied. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Al was very courteous and very polite and very professional. The lock geek is a company that I will use again. They have my recommendation.

I appreciate this business so much as a young single mother they helped me out a lot and price matched other businesses and worked with me ! They are almost 40 minute drive but the customer service is worth it . I came right after work and had me in and out in under an hour ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My truck was stolen, but quickly recovered. Al helped me the next day to clear all existing key fobs and reprogram with the one I had. He also ordered me a replacement which came in this week and he quickly programmed it and cut the key. This was all done for hundreds less than I would have paid at the dealership. On top of everything else he was great with my son and even showed him how the key cutting machine worked. Could not recommend more.

Al and his team were the best fit for my residential lock needs. While they tried fixing my current lock configuration, they also presented abundant options for replacement. He even returned to add a matching door knob without an extra charge. Lock Geek wants to do quality work. Grateful for their services!

Broke my Keyfob this morning. Drove down to Kings Automall to get a replacement and was told they couldn’t program the new key that day and that when they could get to my car it would take an hour to program. Drove to Lock Geek in 15 minutes, They created a new backup key and programmed both in a span of five minutes. Best service I’ve had in quite some time. Hopefully I don’t run into any more lock issues but if I do I will think of Lock Geek first. Great job.
