Lost my key and called in and they came the next day to make me a new one and he was good at communicating with me and was fast at making my key only took him 10 minutes to make my key definitely recommend.

Excellent customer care. My storefront door wasn’t closing properly, and Nick came out same day to repair it. It now shuts perfectly. Fair price too!

UPDATE: Nick called to inquire about this review. He heard our concerns and offered to make it right. We are very pleased with the outcome and will be saving his number if / when we need a locksmith in the future. :) ____________________________ I booked Alan for a rekey of six door locks at my house. Come to find out when he shows up that he's unable to rekey two door handles for... reasons? It feels like a bait and switch to me. I asked for the deadbolt and handle locks on 3 doors to be rekeyed. At no point during the initial call to book or the scheduling call with Alan was I asked any clarifying questions that might have surfaced any issues. What was supposed to cost us about $200 ended up twice that. And he left a mess in our house that we have to clean up now. Two stars because 3
