I live out of state but they were so helpful when it came to cleaning my mother’s home! They made the process so easy. I received before and after pictures and they kept constant communication with me. The clean was worth every penny, I will definitely hire them again!

The Maids cleaners (Angela & Misty) were very friendly and did an excellent job. The reasons I am not giving a 5-star rating are as follows: 1) Equipment Failure: The company-issued vacuum they used was defective. I had to ask them to re-do the entire house using my personal vacuum. 2) Communication: Contacting the local office by phone was challenging. Calls went directly to a recording stating to press 1 for Sales & 2 for Service. After pressing 2, the phone rang only twice before being switched back to the recording. This happened repeatedly with no option to leave a voice message. Due to the quality of the work, I am open to using The Maids in Alpharetta again in the future. But only if the above issues are resolved first.
