The Purple Team did a wonderful job cleaning my house. Very efficient., worked as team, very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend.

The Blue Team is amazing! The attention to detail and friendliness of this crew is unmatched by any other service I’ve used. My house looks and smells wonderful each time they are here. In addition, they did a great job on a last minute move out clean on my daughter’s apt. It was a stressful situation for us and their professionalism, kindness and patience made it easier for us to focus on everything else we had to do. They are the ONLY team I want to clean my house!

The Blue team is the usual team that services our home but everyone who is apart of this company is great. They are extremely friendly and careful around our cats who are often initially afraid whenever they come to clean. They are very thorough, and precise. They are extremely warm and genuine people who care about their work, and we really appreciate all they do for our home. I never thought I’d be able to reasonably afford cleaners, but the price is great for the amount of real service they provide and we are lucky to have them. We highly recommend The Maids to all our friends and family.

I have used The Maids for a couple of years. They are wonderful ladies and treat my house like it was their own. The owner’s name is Ken. He always replied me promptly whenever I texted or emailed to reschedule or add a visit. I am moving soon. Hopefully I would find a good maid service around my new home, as good as them!

We scheduled The Maids to come and do a move out/deep clean. I told them that our floors were the TOP priority, because of our move and the multiple muddy shoes we’ve had in and out during it. The pictures below are what were left with. I was called after they had been there for 1 hour and was told it would be an additional $100 for them to do the floors. I was told we’d be charged per square footage, not per hour. When I called back after seeing the floors, Ken interrupted me when I spoke and told me “I won’t say the bad things our maids had to say about your house.” The whole experience was misleading, disappointing and EXTREMELY unprofessional.
