The Maids in Denton Prosper and Celina

This was my third time using this company and they did not disappoint. The team was on time and ready to deep clean my home. They did an awesome job from start to finish leaving my home clean and fresh smelling just the way I like it. The three team members were cordial, friendly and professional and the team lead was ok with using my hardwood floor cleaner per my request. Unfortunately I don't remember but of one their names, nonetheless they all did a fantastic job! I will be contacting The Maids again when it's time for a clean. By the way I know they have regular biweekly cleaning schedules, but they fit me in when I call for a deep clean. I recommend this company for your house cleaning needs. When my budget permits I'm getting on a regular schedule. Thank you again team for a great

The crew that cleans my home does an excellent job. They show up when expected, every time. They are thorough, respectful, fast and efficient. They are also reliable and consistent, which is another plus. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend.

Gas turned on and left on as retaliation for complaint. — The main problem with “The Maids” of Prosper is that they don’t clean with water. Floors are dry-mopped. Counters are wiped down, but not with water. Without water you can’t truly get something clean. It can look better but not be cleaned in the best possible way. This lead to bathrooms not appearing really clean (and once they just skipped a room altogether) - which lead to us complaining and them doing some of it over. I never wanted them in the house again, but mother was determined to give them another chance. Bad idea. Dangerous idea. They came, they cleaned, and all seemed well until the next day … when we saw they LEFT THE GAS LINE ON outside at our fire pit. Over 24 hours. Accident? Considering that gas line takes much effo

I love The Maids! We always receive great service! They arrive when they say they are going to, our home is immaculately cleaned, they are personable, pleasant, and trustworthy. And, they are always super accomodating if I have to stay in my office or my dogs happen to run in on them :). They are affordable for high quality work! We had a good experience with The Maids! They send text message reminders and a heads up when they are on the way, which is helpful. They also did a great job interacting with our pets to clean around them, and accommodated my husband working from home. Thank you to the team!
