Great experience with "The Maids", from the first call to their service. My calls were answered and returned. Unlike a few places I called first and I'm still waiting for a return call. But I'm very happy they haven't responded, because I need to look no further, this company has satisfied my cleaning needs, not only did they fit me in to theirs and my busy schedule, they also did exceptional work. The ease of scheduling was a welcome invitation and preview of the remaining excellent experience to come. My team was meticulous, professional, polite, caring, and and diligent. They worked together to maximize time and efforts and took care of every thing that I requested during my initial scheduling phone conversation. I am very picky as I am a commercial cleaning business owner and I know exactly what to look for. I wish I could give them more than five stars. The owner is remarkable with customer care and communication. Look no further. I know I definitely will never look to anyone else to care for my home.
