A few weeks ago I returned home and my house had not been cleaned and smelled of body odor. Security footage showed that three people were in my 4,300-square-foot home for less than an hour. During the most recent visit, I stayed home to monitor the service. Despite four people being present, the cleaning was once again inadequate. My security cameras confirmed that most rooms were ignored, only a few bathrooms were touched, and the work performed was poor. My specific instructions regarding cleaning products for my stone and marble surfaces were ignored in favor of harsh chemicals like bleach. Furthermore, the team simply smeared dirt across the floors rather than cleaning them because they washed without having done a decent vacuuming first. I requested that I not be charged as no real

After over a decade in the military, I have embraced the “white glove inspection” expectation to cleaning my own home. At training this means you can go over any surface with a white glove and no dirt is shown. When I signed up for the Maids I wasn’t sure if this would be a realistic expectation. But they have met and exceeded my cleaning standards at every turn. On top of being professional, excellent quality and highly respectful of my home, this services has been best thing I could spend my money on to improve my quality of life. It is a much needed reprieve from the day to day slog of a busy job, commute and house chores. Gold team is the best!

The “gold” team came and did our house cleaning today. With the recent holidays and everyday life, the house needed a thorough cleaning. They did a fantastic job and were in and out in a little over an hour. They paid attention to the small details and got us back on track with a clean home.

The green team came to my home in Franklin for a move in clean before we moved in and I can’t say enough great things! They were so professional and thorough and cleaned every square inch of the home making it ready for my family to move in! Cannot recommend enough!!! Merielyn was incredible- she was a great communicator and made sure I was happy! She really made such a difference! The green team was amazing- I’ll only use them from now on!!
