Over ten years The Maids have exceeded our expectations--clean, thorough, and reliable! The team of professionals arrives on time, splits off to do their assigned tasks and leaves the entire home spotless! We are always given a day or two notice on arrival time, and knowing our home is in good hands (they're even careful not to let our cats escape), we can relax & take a bi-weekly trip dining out for lunch!! I love my team of cleaning ladies with The Maids. They are always so friendly and really fast. Four or five of them get my house sparkling and fresh within one hour. The price is also reasonable.

The Maids are not worth the money! To make a long story short they charged me three times what they charged the previous owner (which I found out after the fact). My house was empty when they cleaned. I called the owner to discuss her pricing and she never returned my call. For the amount of money I paid my house should have been spotless and I shouldn't have had to address issues on how to clean and what to clean. They shouldn't have given me excuses as to why something couldn't be cleaned and then have to do it myself. They are supposed to be the professionals with professional grade cleaning products not lemon fragrant Lysol. Such a disappointment! Never again!

I have used services from The Maids for a decade now and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. They are very professional, very efficient, very organized, very punctual, and they are very detail oriented. There hasn't been a single negative experience within the time I have used their services. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for housekeeping services. They are so reliable and I will be continuing my business with them into the foreseeable future.

I had an excellent experience with the team they sent to my apartment. Although I live in under 800 sq. feet the extras had gotten away from me. In under two hours I was amazed that the had touched every single area. They did Windows, mop boards, light switches, kitchen cabinets never looked better. I like clean and they did not let me down. I will continue to use them on a weekly basis. I highly recommend this company
