The Maids in North Andover

The Maids did a fantastic job cleaning my home! The team that I had (601) were so kind and professional. I have 2 dogs that shed like crazy, and there is no dog hair anywhere! I highly recommend using The Maids!

The Maids came by last Friday for the first visit. I was blown away with how thorough they were. My house is so clean and smells great. Not a chemical smell clean either - just nice. Can not wait to have them return. Worth the money in my opinion

I hired The Maids for a one time clean. Our home is generally tidy and clutter free, so I wanted them to really clean our surfaces and floors and pay special attention to the kitchen floor as we have a toddler who is a messy eater. I was told when booking that they would scrub the floor on their hands and knees. They left without even mopping the kitchen floor, so I called the main office who sent them back to my home. They spent maybe 15 more minutes here. One of the team members told me to try bleach on the grout (not sure why cleaning the grout would not be part of their service?) All of my floors are still dirty -- a quick swipe with a wet paper towel very clearly shows dirt. The bottom of the oven was wiped but they didn’t even touch the door. My guest bedroom wasn’t dusted. I used this service 3 times for regular cleaning. As a cleaning service they are great and if you do not own pets they're a great option. However after this last cleaning they asked to put my dog in my back yard (fenced in), which is fine he gets excited and in the way. They were instructed to put him back inside afterwards and left him outside when they left. Great service but don't use if you have pets.

Been partnering with the Maids for 20 + years. Service has been exceptional. Could not be more pleased. Office staff is friendly special requests not an issue. Very easy to work with on change requests. Cleaning teams are very efficient and personable. Minimal issues through the years. In summary, a very professional service that could not be better to work with!! Highly recommend 👌
