The Maids in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs

We have had the pink team out several times. They have done an excellent job and gone above and beyond. They are very detailed, have a great work ethic and I am totally comfortable with them in my house.

The Maids continue to impress! Once they are complete i tend to not touch anything looks so clean and perfect. Being OCD and very busy at work they pickup a large part of my cleaning up around the house. Also the little touches they do are awesome. You will need to try them to see what I mean. They were so very professional and very prompt and did such a wonderful job. I look forward to my next house cleaning they have cleaned both first floor and basement and I love it. Thank you so very much again.

The owner - Drake is so super friendly, provides good communication, and great customer service. Drake does carpet cleaning as well. I had a hazmat cleanup due to my elderly father having an accident and soiled his carpet. The stench and mess was overwhelming, but Drake cleaned it up and made the apartment look brand new. Capos is the best cleaning service around!

The Maids team “Lime” were prompt, professional and did an outstanding job making our parents home “move in” perfect for the new homeowners! Highly recommended their service. The appointment was easy to make and the director is extremely accommodating!

Poor communication. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Do not recommend. First, no one showed up for my initial estimate. But when I called about it, someone came right away so I was willing to still give them a shot. The recurring clean was ok for a little while. But eventually I noticed I was cleaning up before my scheduled clean, and after too. I did reach out to Jeff about this and included a couple photos of things which were very obviously not cleaned (kitchen sink, baseboards, and bathroom sink) but he didn't seem very concerned. Finally, I really needed to reschedule my recurring clean, because life happens. I reached out to Jeff 4 times via phone, text and email over several weeks. He promised to get back to me with some times but never did. I finally just ended up cancelling
