The Maids of Baton Rouge

I needed my house cleaned on super short notice. I called The Maids of Baton Rouge, and they were able to work able to work me into their schedule. They sent an extra crew of professionals to work with my tight schedule. The quality of work that was done on such short notice was superb! I so appreciate the team and the service that I received. Thank you so much ladies for all you’ve done! My house looks and feels amazing! I look forward to my next cleaning!

I am submitting this complaint to document ongoing harassment and unprofessional conduct by the management of a local cleaning company. I attempted to resolve a billing issue in good faith after being informed that my payment method had allegedly declined. I confirmed with my financial institution that the card was active and had sufficient funds, and I repeatedly communicated my willingness to pay once the issue was clarified. Despite this, the company continued to contact me excessively through repeated phone calls, text messages, and ultimately social media. An individual associated with the company reached out to me through Facebook, which I consider inappropriate and harassing for a business matter. At no point did I refuse payment. The Maids do a fantastic job cleaning our house each week. I love that they always show up on time when scheduled And send a team of maids to get our house cleaned in 1-2 hours. I would highly Recommend them!

The 5 woman crew came on time and did a fabulous job. They were polite and very pleasant. I would use them again and may start a monthly cleaning. It’s so nice to have the house this clean from top to bottom.

The Maids came out and did a “head to toe “ cleaning of our house. We could not have been more pleased. Home or office they are our new number one choice. Best thing was they come with a crew and you are not trapped at home for a full morning. In and out reasonably quickly with a great result is a very useful combination!!!
