I have lived here for several years and only have nice things to say about the place. The management team has been attentive and maintenance requests have all been addressed quickly and professionally. I have a lovely view of the city out my windows and a short commute into Manhattan. The building has a nice gym and a roof deck in the summer that we really enjoy. I also really enjoy the enclosed parking garage and automatic door. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Moved in and have lived here for 3 years and counting. The maintenance staff are always on top of everything, as soon as submit a ticket, they’d show up the next day or 2 to fix any issues. There is also a doorman that only works business hours and off on Sunday, but he is friendly and helpful, especially to sign and receive packages.

Beautiful, clean building with amazing and responsive management! Have had a wonderful experience.

Horrible experience lived here 18 month my worst experience in life ..neighbor downstairs, noise all was a nightmare.
