1st..I've had a good experience with talking with Lynn at the office. She had all the answers need to complete my process of setting up payments. 2nd..I had a great experience with Brandon who came to inspect and repair my sprinkler system. He was great, kept me informed as to what he discovered and made a replacement of one the sprinkler heads. Took a few minutes to go over the control box, since I'm get forgetful. Just an all around great experience. I would also say the price is responsible. Thanks

We have been using Masters for about 2 years. They have been immensely better than the previous lawn company we had for over 10 years. We have 5 acres and lots of landscaping. The first year we used them was touch and go but since we got a new foreman things have been great! Kendrick has been amazing! We always ask that we get a notice whenever they are coming to service our lawn. Kendrick is the only person who has ever honored that request. He always asks if we have any concerns and if there are any areas that need attention. Whatever concerns or suggestions we have Kendrick and his team are always attentive and take care of them. We are only 2 years into our relationship with Masters Lawn Care and I don’t have any regrets about switching to them.

We had some work done to our back yard a while back and had some issues after the work was done. The true measure of a great company is how they handle things when they don’t go as planned for the client. I typically don’t expect much from most of the companies in Gainesville. I tend to keep my expectations low around here, but The Masters Lawn & Pest are clearly not the norm in this town. They stepped up in a big way and I will sing their praises to everyone I know. They did great work and showed that they REALLY care that their clients are happy. I couldn't be more happy with this company. Thank you Chuck!

We have used Master’s Lawn Care for a couple of years. The services they provide for us have always been professional, effective, and efficient. Our yard has never looked better! Earnest (technician) stopped by this week to service our yard. He rang the doorbell, introduced himself, and shared with me-in detail-what he was going to be applying to our lawn in preparation of warmer weather. He noticed we have a dog, and recommended we bring her inside for a few hours while the chemicals were drying. He also recommended we begin watering our lawn for spring. Yes, it took 5 minutes out of his day, but those 5 minutes were very valuable to me!! It is so nice to see Kyle when he comes to perform the lawn services. He is very pleasant, friendly and trustworthy. Kyle is always willing to spend time to answer any questions or concerns I may have and give understandable explanations. My lawn always gets great attention and is well maintained!
