I ordered two yards of torpedo sand, after normal business hours. Patrick called me back, and went the extra mile to verify all details (amount needed, type, etc.). He put me in the queue, and later informed me that I could expect delivery by 10:00 the next day. At 9:56AM, the truck rolled up, dropped the sand on a tarp I had set out, and was done before 10:00.
