The Morris Parking Garage

Worst garage ever. They are “paperless” but your license doesnt scan and they charge you a lost ticket fee. Such a scam. The restaurant owner next door literally had to help us out

Arrived at garage and no ticket printed at kiosk. No attendant to help so I just parked so I didn’t miss my appt. Was there for exactly 1 hour and was charged a lost ticket fee. The attendant on the call box was unsympathetic and unhelpful. Total scam. 0 stars if possible.

Never… EVER park in here. We tried to leave this garage with our ticket and we literally called the attendants 5 times. 4 of them were beyond incredibly rude, and kept saying we didn’t pay. We did.. but the gates didn’t work. We had to call the cops to get out but by that time the owners of the restaurant nearby were kind enough to come out in the pouring rain and use their key to get us out. Do not park in here if you can help it. I’ve used most garages downtown Charleston, never in my life have I had these problems.
