The Mount

Amazing highlight of houston's parks, this mount is open during limited hours and requires permits for professional photographers. It's nice and breezy during spring and some winter days and best to go when it's not crowded as it gets pretty packed. They have a vegetable garden and many cozy spots for outdoor picnic.

Cool area for observation of the surrounding park and gardens. Kids loved riding their scooters up and coming down the twisting ramp very fast which became annoying quick. Ramp is handicap accessible. In the centennial gardens. Great place for a photo op.
