The Natural Touch Landscaping and Supply

We have used The Natural Touch for multiple retaining wall projects over the last several years, they do a fantastic job! It was nice seeing the same crew this year as we've had in years past, and they always take care to clean up the work area and street at the end of each day. They are all very respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to have them here on large or small projects and we look forward to using them again in the future. This year we had a giant block wall (3500lb block) built to replace an old failed retaining wall. It looks beautiful and we know it was built well and will last for many decades to come!

I woke one morning to find my basement flooded. Upon inspection I found a drain hose outside of my house with numerous cuts caused by a weed trimmer and the hose pushed up against my foundation. The pump in my basement was caused to run nonstop because the water it pushed out just ran right back in ending with the pumps demise. I immediately called Clint Baldwin, the owner, and he sprang into action. He sent someone to clean my basement and Jake from Watertight Foundations to replace the damaged hose and pump. Shortly after I went on vacation and upon my return I found the basement flooded again. Jake had cut the pipe from the pumps demise to the valve short causing a gush of high pressurized water to coat the room and everything in it everytime it ran. It damaged all my Christmas decorati

I cannot thank Lloyd, Julie and their amazing staff for transforming our back yard into an amazing outdoor living space! The project exceeded my expectations. We have worked with many contractors in the past 12 months or so and have never been treated so well! The communication was top notch! Lloyd and Julie were able to take our rough drawing of what we were looking for and created a beautiful oasis! They stayed within our budget and asked a lot of questions to create our vision. We did a lot of planning up front and it was very stress free when project day came! The Natural Touch Landscaping made our house a home and gave us a place to entertain family and friends.

I wish I could give this crew 10 stars. Every single one of them was phenomenal! They showed up every day.... worked hard, were all extremely friendly! My husband and I were sad to see them leave. The work they did was amazing! Truly transformed our home into something unbelievable. We can't thank you all enough for a wonderful experience. We look forward to having the crew back next summer for another project! Thank you Julie, Lloyd and your fabulous team. You are all far above your class!

Scheduled an estimate and the contact "Cole" never called, texted or showed up. Very disappointed in the unreliable service just to get an estimate. I couldn't imagine if I would have actually used them for my project.
