Nicasia did my kitchen. When my partner and I were getting estimates, she detailed out everything down to the penny. It was the most comprehensive estimate we received. He opted to go with someone else who gave a rough estimate that came in approximately 20% cheaper. It was a nightmare. We ended up spending more with him than she estimated on the rest of the renovation so when it came to our kitchen, I pushed for us to use Nicasia. She was incredible. She measured everything TWICE, her guys came in, got the job done and were in and out quickly. Her level of detail is a breath of fresh air in the industry and she made the process so easy. My only regret is that we didn't use her for everything.
