The Outdoor Kitchen Place

We had an excellent experience working with The Outdoor Kitchen Place from start to finish. Their professionalism and communication stood out immediately—they kept us informed at every step and were always responsive and easy to work with. The design recommendations were thoughtful, creative, and really elevated our original ideas. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work and the final product they deliver. Just as important, they completed the project within the timeline they promised, which we truly appreciated. We are extremely happy with our outdoor kitchen and highly recommend them for both design and construction.

I have a Grill that I cook on almost every evening, and I had a big problem with the temperature Gauges on the panel for years, they would not read correctly or sometimes not at all… I did the “ Guy” thing and ignored it, trying to cook by feel and timer. Sometimes I was successful, sometimes not.. and the “ not” was a very over/ under cooked main course. Finally after 3+ years of ignoring the problem, I called “ The Outdoor Kitchen Place “, and WOW how GREAT the Entire Team ( Owner, Down) were. They listened to my issues, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, installed the Part, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The servicemen arrived on time .. They immediately found the problem with my grill.. It was an easy fix and they had the parts in their truck. They also wiped down and cleaned the grill for me.. Very helpful and professional.

Since moving to SWFL three years ago, we have encountered some businesses with great customer service (and more than a few with not-so-great customer service). But none of them have shown us better customer service than the Outdoor Kitchen Place, based in downtown Bonita. Our project got off to a rocky start because a company that supplies their granite was having temporary staffing problems. The communication among us, that company and the Outdoor Kitchen Place was awful. In short, we made three different hourlong roundtrips to choose our granite. Each time we chose a slab we would later be told it was the wrong size or unavailable. So finally -- extremely unwisely on our part -- we chose a piece based on photographs. We know better, but we were worn down and we had other problems to co

They took plenty of time to explain all my options. They made a final sip that met both my desires and my budget. A year after my purchase they came to my house to solve a minor problem I was having. In total it was a great experience.
