Staff was kind and helpful! LOVED our experience! They made the trip to the airport a breeze. They pick you up RIGHT from your vehicle, and when you get back, they drop you off right where you started! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will use them every time now!

Good facilities. Not enough shuttles. We have been waiting at the airport for over 30 minutes. More people keep coming. Never again. This is not the first time this has happened. Update: we tried them again. Waited for over 30 minutes again. This time it was 28°. Thanks.

Wanted to send a shoutout review to the evening supervisor Derek. We had a little situation coming back from vacation (in the evening when it was very cold) and my vehicle key fob battery had died. We gave the office a call and Derek came to our rescue trying to help me out. Ultimately, we couldn’t get the fob to work so had to take a Lyft ride home. Derek was super kind and gave us a ride to the warm office, offered water while we waited for our ride. Also, gave me some free days so I wouldn’t be charged an extra night due to the fob problems. Really appreciated his help and kindness. We’ll continue to use Parking Spot for future travels due to awesome staff like Derek. Thanks again!

Absolutely well worth it! My sister and I have vehicles we have to leave before we fly. When we got back, our car battery was dead! Rafael, who was the driver, called his supervisor to help us jump the car, and the supervisor working at this date came to help us very quickly. Not only is this is a convenient service, the staff are super kind and are willing to help in a scary jam! All of the drivers we interacted with helped with our luggage and were kind to stressed, weary travelers.Will definitely use again!!

First time I used The Parking Spot. Prices are comparable to SLC long term parking. Shuttle service is much better--door to car. Lots of truck parking spots that are easier to get in and out of than long term parking. Nice discount for AAA members too. Since SLC long term raised its rates, I think I'm done with it and will use The Parking Spot from now on. The shuttle service is just so much more convenient.
