The Parkside Tower Garage

The worst parking garage experience I have ever had. There is literally no way to pay without a 20 minute phone call to their support and have them remotely open it. This garage sucks your soul out of oblivion and I would rather park in the middle of the road, because at least I could pay to get out of that situation via a ticket or impound. Please upgrade your payment processor, or I will never park here again, nor will anyone with a single brain cell.

Pulled into the wrong spot. Lady wouldn’t talk to me till I took a ticket. Realized I was in the wrong location and went to leave after being in the parking building less than 2 minutes they wanted to charge me 2.00. Didn’t have any cash and only had 1.60 in change. Lady proceeded to threaten to tow my vehicle unless I paid and left. Had to have my wife drive from south of Provo to bring me cash. This place is run by theives. Don’t park here

No frills non public parking that charges you $10 a day for something indistinguishable from public parking.
