Krystle in the office answered my call and was extremely helpful with explaining the process and answering my questions. Becky was our technician and she was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. So far our problem has been resolved and we will be contacting them again for any future needs!

This was my first call to a pest service so I was a bit nervous. Krystle was amazing and made me feel so comfortable with the many different questions I had. Krystle was extremely patient and very knowledgeable so she could easily understand my concerns I’m having in my own home. She never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. In fact she made me aware that I did not need to spend extra money that I was ready and willing to. Who does this anymore in today’s service industry? Nobody!! I just can’t thank Krystle enough for putting my mind at ease and for saving me a lot of money since I’m on a very fixed income at this stage in life. I highly recommend that everyone should contact the Pest Rangers for any issue large or small.

Excellent service! I called and spoke with Wendy. She was so kind and got me on the schedule same day! Becky came to spray for bees that were getting into our house through the HVAC. She was very kind, professional, and took care of our issue quickly. She explained in detail what she found and what we can expect/look for over the next couple of weeks. I am so glad I found this company and will definitely use them again as needed in the future! They were great!
