The folks at Pest Rangers are great! Customer Service rep ( Krystle ) is fantastic and the technician ( Joey W ) came to my house, put on booties and did his job and was so respectful, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was not in a hurry. They proudly honored the warranty and I NEVER had a problem with communication. I highly recommend this company, even for small issues as their professionalism is top notch on all levels.

Im so happy to find pest rangers, when I called Wendy took great care of me, she is professional, great customer service skills, she welcomes you with a smile, she answers all your questions. Wendy is very knowledgeable about the all services pest ranger offers. She was honest and offered me a great deal. I instantly trusted her I knew I made the right decision to receive services with pest rangers. I got the mice treatment and maintenance program.

Ants took up residence in my kitchen, so I contacted them on Friday around noon hoping to get this handled before the weekend. Krystle was the customer service agent and she was amazing!! It was really convenient to be able to handle everything through text since I wouldn't have been able to take a call at that moment. And she was so helpful when I had to make a last minute change on my time availability. The tech gave me a heads up call when he was on his way, as promised! All in all, it was a great experience!

Pest Rangers, did an excellent job. They were easy to setup. Wendy did a great Job walking me through the entire process on a large investigation we had at a new to us property. We created a game plan, they quoted the job and stuck to there price. The Pest Ranger Tech that came to the property was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. I have no doubt we will mitigate the problem. Would definitely recommend!!
